I have moved over 300 mailboxes to different storeage groups/mail stores.  I did not realize prior to this move that I should have ran a full index on the stores when I created them.  Could someone tell me if any negative impact will occur if I index the stores at this stage?

Hi,
300 mailboxes is not that big a number. Well I would set System Resource Usage to Low and most depends upon your server hardware. But to sum it up, I would say that, NO if you have a decent server and you confgure it properly then you will not observe the difference
