This has happened to me once before and HP had me go into some administrative mode (hold down certain keys on power up) and then reset one of the settings. &nbsp;I just couldn't remember which keys to hold down. &nbsp;Either way, what you said is correct. &nbsp;I came in this morning and the toner lever has been reset.<br />

I just replaced the toner cartridge in our HP LaserJet 9050 MFP. &nbsp;When I check the printer status, it shows the toner level at 9% with 35 pages remaining.<br />

New Toner Cartridge Reset
