Duplicate words printing from an Email.

I have a user who has brought up a very strange issue that I have not seen before.  When she receives an email, it looks the exact same was as it was typed out.  The issue is, that when she prints the email, the end of each line, will appear at the beginning of the next line.  See attached file for an example of the duplicate text.  The first few instances have been highlighted.

As far as I can tell, the duplicate text will only appear when coming from a certain employee.  The user with the issue says that she noticed the problem first occurring after she received a larger monitor for her desktop.  What do you guys think?

Sorry, but I forgot to attach the file.

First thing I would do is update the printer drivers. If necessary, deleting the printer and then adding it back. Also, I am sure that you have confirmed that when the email in question is sent to someone else, it does not have the same issues? Even when printed to the same printer?

We have tried printing the message out on a different printer altogether from the main users workstation.  I have had her forward the message to my email account, and print from my printer in a different part of the building, and still showing up with double text.

Curious if anyone is still monitoring this question?  I have been doing research on my own to no avail, and the user is starting to run thin on patience.  This is effecting her daily work as she prints out multiple copies of messages to send out.  Thank you in advance for any input you might have.
