Microsoft Frontpage Expression Web Error

I was trying to update a page called "manufactures.htm" and publish it to the website.  When I hit the arrow over button it asks if I want to overight the file.  I answer yes and it then comes up with the error.."server error: cannot open "manufactures.htm" for writing.

Try getting the host to alter the login autheticitation, form Integrated to Basic, and ensure you are using an account with Admin Access
