Installing Oracle 10g on Fedora Linux V9

Hi Experts,

Please let me know if installation of Oracle 10g works well with Fedora 9.

I am doing installation of Oracle on Fedora Linux for first time, so please let me know if I have to take of certain areas during installation.

I cannot speak to Fedora, but please ensure you have followed ALL pre-requisite checks (storage, privs, OS parameters) before you start your install.  The release notes are your friend....

Next time I'll just answer "no" to satisfy your "precise requirement".  I respectfully reiterate that your "certain areas" are covered in the release notes.
The EE experts recommend in the FAQ that an answer may request a moderator to intervene.  Just for your future reference.
