Weird characters everywhere when website is viewed in Firefox but does not appear in HTML
When this page here is viewed in Firefox

Strange characters fill the entire page and none of this appears in the file and it looks completely fine in Internet Explorer. This happened after I made made changes to the menu file using Expression Web; attached is the HTML behind the menu file.

A DTD defines the elements and attributes and their relationship in a document. Technically, no HMTL structure that isnt defined in DTD cannot reside in that document. But you can leave it...

I removed dtd line...
I removed </td> and following 112th line td and tr since they have no corresponding tags...(or i missed them)
I edit the line 82...seems you add that line to get rid of that weird look...

in your snippet, you have problems with line 82...objMenus not defined through FireBug i have seen that...
