Unable to deploy Symantec Endpoint Protection to clients
When I try to deploy the Symantec Endpoint Protection client and I select my domain where the computers are located the error message I receive is "No Computers and Servers are present (found). Does anyone know how to resolve this issue.

What are the ports that I should setup on the firewall. I didn't add any RULES or SERVICES on the firewall for Symantec. After I installed the Symantec Endpoint I was able to deploy the client but now I am not able to. I didn't try the deployment off of the CD but I will try and let you know. I also installed the Management console on the server.

I tried the push deployment wizard which I installed on the server and that didn't work either.
Endpoint Protection Manager uses the following Communication Ports:
80 TCP
443 TCP
1433 TCP
1812 UDP
2638 TCP
8443 TCP
9090 TCP
8005 TCP
39999 UDP
These are the ports that you need open .
When you run the pushdeployment wizard to install do te files copy over successfully or do you receive an error ? If they copy successfully you can check the log file that's generated on the client . it's located C:\Windows\Temp\SEP_INST.l og
If you scroll through this you should find out what's wrong. At the end it will tell you if successful or fail and around the middle of the file it usually tells you why it failed . ie : insufficient disk space , legacy version of SAV needs uninstalling , etc...
If it's failing to copy the files across, can you ping the machines from each other ? , can you browse to the machines from each other ?

I added service and rule to the firewall and that didn't work.
Ok.
Do you add the full DNS suffix ? ie mydomain.yesitis.com ?
also, when you tried to use the deploymentwizard did it connect to the machines or did it give you an error ?
what account credentials are you using ? do they have Domain Admin permissions ?

If you try to run the pushdepolymentwizard located on the SEP CD's ( CD 2 I think ) do you receive the same error ?
