Optimize Outlook 2007 performace.  When clicking email to read, take 30-50 seconds to load.  Dell Latitude D420

Title sums it up.  Brand new Dell Latitude D420 with Windows XP Pro, Outlook 2007.
User double click email to read, take sometimes up to 1 minute to open the email.

I've checked Add-Ins...everything is normal.

Hello sknoll84,

Outlook 2007 runs slow on Windows XP. It is optimized for Vista.

This user doesn't have any .psts....however their .ost is pushing 3 gigs.
I'll try the suggestions listed in the link you provided.  Thanks.

Install SP1 will help the large OST issue.
