how to add a print to command to crystal reports(rpt)

I'm using gfi faxmaker to send my crystal reports out as fax to my customers i am wondering how do i convert my rpts to fax so that my fax maker can send them out i got crystal reports 11 and crystal viewer 2008

Crystal doesn't have an export to fax.

Can you set it up as the printer so Crystal can print to it?

Crystal can export to PDF and Word.  Can you use either formats as input?

I need it to print out the crystal report maybe to something like a paper. Gfi faxmaker has a printer that can print it to a fax

Here is the error from the fax maker

1706 : Document Conversion Error. There is no application associated with the file extension of the attachment. Check that the 'print to' shortcut (Print association) for this file exists on the server machine.

Can you install the GFI printer driver on the machine and select it as the printer for Crystal?
