Can someone recommend software or hardware that will monitor who is attaching to our wifi or network?

Our server is setup as a domain with DHCP.  Internet access is available to all who can plug in a network cable.

Perhaps there is a configuration in Server 2003 we could use?

Please advise how we can control and monitor our system better.
