In report manager you need to set up subscriptions.

http://ServerName/Reports

When you are looking at a report if you have sufficient permissions, you will see a blue tab at the top labelled "Subscriptions".

Click here and you can email the report with parameters, and in Excel , PDF, HTML etc.

If you can't see this tab then you will need to have the correct permissions granted.
