How do I default a Watchguard Core x700?

I need to know the steps to restore a Watchguard x700 Core to factory default settings. Anyone know?

Had to hold the "Up" button while the Watchguard was booting up. After that we could get into at the default IP, 192.168.253.1. We used the policy manager to make a new config and things went ok.
