Reporting Services 2008 Error when Deploying the Report

Error 4)      The permissions granted to user 'Poly-DevPC\Xolani' are insufficient for performing this operation.  This happens when I am deploying my report to http://localhost/reportserver.  I am granted my self owner rights to DB and went to the folder for MS sql server C:\Program Files and granted myself admin rights.  Still it's there(error message)

Login SQL studio --> Get in the databse --> Security --> Users --> Make sure you have your user name added here and make sure the db owner is ticked.
