Blue Screen on restart or shut down

I was using a Program called Admin Magic.  It allows me to remotely manage a computer.  It has a special function on it to send a Alt-Ctrl-Del.  I forgot a hit Alt-Ctrl-Del on my machine.  This has happened in the past and it has caused me to not be able to use my keyboard on the remoate computer.I have had to restart my machine to return functionality to the program.  This time when I restarted my machine I got the Blue Sreen message with the error statemant
 "SQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EGUAL"
STOP 0X0000000A (0X000002F4,0X00000002,0X00000001,0X806FFA16)

This now happens every time I shutdown or restart.  I can hold my power key in and the start my machine and it powers up correctly and runs correctly untill I have to resatrt.
I ran CHKDSK with a switch /f  It did not find anything.
Any ideas?

Hi there;

I think there is a typo in your information:

It should be:
Stop 0x0000000A Irql_Not_Less_or_Equal

Please folloy the link:

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/311564

It is possibly a memory issue, you may track the error through this link:

http://www.adopenstatic.com/cs/blogs/ken/archive/2006/10/03/Causes_2C00_-and-tips-for-debugging_2C00_-a-STOP-0x0000000A-_2800_IRQL_5F00_NOT_5F00_LESS_5F00_OR_5F00_EQUAL_2900_-bugcheck_2F00_blue-screen-_2D00_-Part-2.aspx

Best regards...

It is not a typo  It does say "SQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EGUAL"
I have installed no new hardware or software and have tried new memory in my machine -  no change

AdminMagic is spyware and displays fake error.

Address 0x2F4 is interrupt handler area and never jumped into

AdminMagic is not spyware, it is program which I purchased and have used for 4 years to do remote administration on machines in my domain.  The program was originally sold by ToolsForEver but they have now dropped the program and no longer offer support.

The only thing I can think of now is to rebuild my machine.  Which is not all that bad or hard a job I just hate to let this thing go by without finding out what it is.

Bluescreens are caused by spyware, antiviruses, copy protection and screen capturers messing with drivers, or drivers themselves

I have seen IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL when installing XP SP2 and having w2000 sound driver. I uninstalled it in safe mode and windows update saved the day.
