Debugger hangs when attaching to w3wp
Frequently, when I am trying to debug my ASP.Net/C# web project using Visual Studio 2008, VS will hang when I try to attach to the w3wp process. If I let it sit there, it will eventually start responding again after 10+ minutes, and debugging works fine for the rest of the day. A funny side affect of when VS starts responding again is that every folder in my solution explorer is expanded.

Might be very less RAM ? I think we need mini. of 3GM for good responsiveness when we have vista.
