I have already configured the session to "never" time out on ICA and RDP settings.
Terminal Services Configuration --> Connections --> ICA-tcp --> sessions
Terminal Services Configuration --> Connections --> TDP-tcp --> sessions

However, users still compliant that the session will be timeout if it leave idle for 15min.

Any idea how to fix it ??

I'm using Citrix presentation Server 4.5 and users are connected to my application through web interface.

Depends on where they are timing out.  Is the Web Interface timing out?  If so, you'll probably want to visit the link posted by dphantom.  If it's the session, this could be a variety of things.  Do you have over-ride user settings on that same configuration page?  If not, what are the users' settings in AD?   Or is it just when they go idle for x minutes?  That can be fixed by enabling a Keep-Alive sometimes.
