Protection for Sql storeprocedure

I have developed asp.net 2.0 web application with sql server 2005 which is to be uploaded on  shared server and to be given on cd to clinet so what precaution i shall take to protect storeprocedure other than "with encryption"
At present i am using with encryption for protection sp but i know it is not reliable

If you are this concerned about IP, you should limit the scope of the stored procedure to perform a task without revealing the nature of the task's importance.
The question is do you want your application to perform quickly and efficiently?

I wanttp protect my store procedure from my web hoster and client in such a way that they can not see

I am using asp.net with sql server 2005 i want to protect my store procedure in such a way that it can not be decrypt.
In another word i do not want to allow anybody to read my store procedure
