Hi.  I have a watchguard firebox x750e firewall running System manager v.10.0.2 and policy manager v.10.   One of my users is trying to gain access to [http://74.52.122.18/cpanel] and keeps getting denied.  The log file shows :
2008-10-28 10:35:13 Deny 1.2.4.35 74.52.122.18 2082/tcp 2481 2082 1-Trusted 0-External denied 48 128 (Unhandled Internal Packet-00)  tcpinfo="offset 7 S 1121527961 win 65535" rc="101"       Traffic

I've tried setting exception rules for that IP address everywhere I can think of and still get denied.  Any ideas?  I don't have any WG support incidents left and their knowledgebase is less than helpful.  Thought I'd try here first...
thanks:)

Found the answer about 5 min after I posted lol.  All I had to do was open up port 2082 for that user.  Not sure if was necessary but I opened both TCP and UDP.  Works now...

Well, it is nice that you found a way to prevent the error log however is there a valid reason to block those connections?

After all, if is logged in the console maybe it is for a reason.

It is ok to unblock it?
