We just installed Exchange 2007 - in looking at our Recipient configuration\Distribution groups we see multiple entries of "Mail Non-Universial group" and "Mail-enabled-universial distribution group"  - is there a best practtice that shouild be used to convert these - Is it best to do it through AD  or through then EMC?
What will happen to my 2003 Exchange servers when these get converted -  Is there any delay or latency?
