Fault Isolation Software recommendation

We have 2 no. Netgear Prosafe GS748T switches.  There is a device connected to one of the switches which causes the switch to crash about once or twice a day.  Can anyone recommend any fault isolation software?

Hi,

You can use Wireshark protocol analyzer to diagnose the network problem.
