How can I access Outlook PST file from my Application?

I am developing an application for my own use. I would like to access my outlook PST files from within this application for viewing and searching purposes. (i.e.) Read only.

How can do so?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Hello monzer_yazigi,

Outlook PST file is in proprietary format.  Only Outlook can view the file.  Your application will have to call Outlook to open and read the file.

Hope this helps!
