how to print crystal report files to gfi fax maker and send out as fax

I am thinking i have several options. Now my software developer is able to convert rpt to word but doesn't seem to be able to turn rpt to pdf. The developer is using visual basic 6, i'm not very sure of the versions of the files the programmer is using but the dll files that is used like ocxprint. seems to be from seagate which seems way back? I wonder what do i do so i can be able to print rpt to pdf. I can't seem to be able to send my rpt to faxmaker directly and get them to fax it out.

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

How to do that. I want to automate the printing to faxmaker. I can open the rpt with crystal report and then manually print it out on paper there but i can't seem to be able to find a print association action so that it will print it to my faxmaker print driver
