Another program is visible when I open up an Excel document in a Citrix Session.

A user ,who is on an HP Thin Client, can see another program when she opens up an excel document. It's like the program open behind it melts into Excel.  If she keep clicking in the boxes it goes away, in fact that is the only way it goes away.  We have Citrix Presentation Server 4.5. This only happens when she opens up Excel ontop of another program. Any help would be much appreciated.
