A user ,who is on an HP Thin Client, can see another program when she opens up an excel document. It's like the program open behind it melts into Excel. &nbsp;If she keep clicking in the boxes it goes away, in fact that is the only way it goes away. &nbsp;We have Citrix Presentation Server 4.5. This only happens when she opens up Excel ontop of another program. Any help would be much appreciated.<br />

A user ,who is on an HP Thin Client, can see another program when she opens up an excel document. It's like the program open behind it melts into Excel.  If she keep clicking in the boxes it goes away, in fact that is the only way it goes away.  We have Citrix Presentation Server 4.5. This only happens when she opens up Excel ontop of another program. Any help would be much appreciated.

Another program is visible when I open up an Excel document in a Citrix Session.

Citrix is the synonym for the virtualization and application infrastructure systems developed by the company of the same name. Main areas are application virtualization, Software-As-A-Service (SaaS), cloud-computing and networking. The two most well-known are Citrix XenApp or Citrix CloudPlatform.
