Replacement for osCommerce?

Is there any nice free source ASP.NET replacements for osCommerce, that are as much available and are under continous development?

I also wonder about cheap alternatives to osCommerce, where the code are easy to buy free and modify.. WITHOUT yearly subscriptions.

Thank's in advanced :-)
