Do you have to go in through Outlook to share a users calendar?  I need to
share a users calendar for another user, but someone else is using that
machine, and I figured you could do that in ESM, but I can't find it.  Is it
possible to do this?

You cannot, you can give them full access rights to their mailbox, but not just 1 folder within the mailbox in ESM. To only share the calendar, you must do it within outlook logged in as the person.
