I have a number of machines at a client's that use Paperport v9. &nbsp;One of their users has encountered an issue where the B/W version of the Paperport printer has disappeared, but the Color version remains. &nbsp;I'd like to know how I can get the B/W version of the Paperport printer reinstalled on this machine. &nbsp;The client doesn't want to upgrade to v11, they have a couple of machines with it and claim that it seems buggy.<br />

Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions to restore this printer to the user's machine?<br />
