I'm new at SBS 2003 and I've configured the POP3 connector to download some POP3 mail into an exchange user and discovered that the minimum mail download timer is 15 minutes.
My boss wants to get his emails once every 2 minutes, not once every 15 minutes, so I've configured the POP3 account back on his computer and configured his Outlook 2003 so it saves all emails into the exchange folders.
That way, he gets what he wants (download every 2 minutes) and I get what I want (the emails are stored on the exchange server)
Isn't there a way to control the pop3 mail from the exchange server and make the pop3 connector download mails every 2 minutes for one/all account(s) (would prefer for my boss' account only but a global solution would do, its a small biz with < 20 employees)
thanks for your toughts and sorry if I'm poor in points -- got a couple open questions that I should get some points from soon :)
