Hi all,

I am running a Oracle server running in Windows 2003 server over 2 years. I had a transaction job which backup our database to a remote site using a schedule job (run for every 1 min) in the oracle administrator.

However, two weeks ago. The scdedule job cannot be run successuly, I need to manually push the transactions to the remote server.

After rebooting the server, I found that a pop up screen shows "Oracle Intelligent Agent Executable encountered a problem and needed to close"
And the event shown:"Agent process exited abnormally during initialization."

Then I check the Services in the server. There is a service which set "Automatic" but not yet started", it's "OracleOraHome92Agent".

When I press "Start" in the Service, the following error will be shown (in attachment):
The OracleOraHome92Agent service on Local Computer started and then Stopped. Some services stop automatically if they have no work to do, for example, the Performance Logs and Alerts service.

Anyone can help me. Thanks million.

The problem is solved by deleting all .q file in $oracle/ora92/network/agent.
