Script To Install Microsoft Patch For MS08-067 Vulnerability

hi I am looking for assistance in writing a script to install the Microsoft MS080067 vulnerablity patch.  I would like the script be able to determine the Workstation OS and install the needed patch as specified here:  http://www.microsoft.com/technet/security/Bulletin/MS08-067.mspx or run the Windows update to get just that patch.
