Capturing video is in no way the same as mixing live video -- because capturing has to pass encoding, and I couldn't see this being successful.<br />

I would like to get some software that will allow me to ad effects to live video, or mix two sets of live video. I have a computer with a capture card, and it can output video, so with that I should be able to change live video then output that video.<br />

I found some software just browsing around the internet, but i do not remember where i found it and I have looked on the internet under every search term that i can think of.<br />
