I have just installed our first Exchange Server 2003 moving away from Eudora.  I have the server installed and mail is being saved to it (we are still in Testing mode).  I cannot login to OWA, the only mailbox that works is the administrator, any of the other mailboxes it just refreshes the login screen.  Any ideas on why I cannot connect to any of the users mailboxes via OWA.

Solution:  I called MS and they informed me I had to create the mailbox and let exchange server create the automatic email smtp address.  Once I did that then i was able to login via OWA.

Needed to allow Exchange Server to create the email address when I added a new mailbox.  I was deleting the email box exchange created and that was the problem.
