Backup Exec 10d cannot dectect tape drive after installing sp4

Backup Exec 10d not dectecting the tape drive( Ultrium LTO 3) after upgrading to sp4.
was working perfectly before. Firmware and drivers upto date.
Backups and restores ok with ntbackup.( OS detecting Tape drvier in Device Manager)
Cannot restart the Backup Exec Job Engine getting Error:
Could not start Backup Exec job Engine service on local computer. Error 0x80070005 Access is denied.
Tried using Tapeinst.exe to uninstall and intall tape driver for Backup Exec. No luck
Tried using Backup Exec tape device driver installer. NO luck
Getting Event ID 11 and Event ID 15 in Event log.
Havent tried repairing the istall, could find the Software CD.
Any ideas Symantec Backup Exec Experts ?

yes thats all correct, i think this is something to do with drivers, backup Exec uses for the tape drive. this service "Backup Exec Job Enigine service" not able to communicate with the tape drives.
sorry Mr-Madcowz your are correct. but i have not changed the services credentials...
anyway i tried again retyping the service Account credentials and it worked.
Could not believe this.
