You can use SSIS in MS SQL 2005. This website shows you how to do the steps: http://www.databasejournal.com/features/mssql/article.php/3580216
The only difference that you have to do is select a different data source. Here is more information about datasources in SSIS: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms141792.aspx
