squirrelmail and change password

Dear Sir/Madam:

configured Mailserver using POSTFIX as an MTA in rhel5 server also installed squirrelmail for the webaccess but by default it does not come with the change password plugin hence downloded the change password plugin with this downloaded compatiblity plugin and patched to the squirrelmail as per the INSTALL document when the change password plugin is added after this when click on the change password under the options menu page appears blank for the reference i have posted error message

Can you post the link from where you downloaded changepassword plugin?
Please also try to remove squirrelmail and install it again and apply the plugin again, maybe you made some mistakes.

i solved by myself , adding correct compatiblity plugin solved the problem.
