Nortel vs Avaya

Which is better?  Avaya wants to sell me an IP solution and Nortel wants to sell me a digital one.  We have copper to all desktops now.  Our enviroment is around 450 phones on an Erricsson MD110 which is bout 14 years old.

What is your budget, your needs?

If you want to keep it simple go for Nortel.
