Then if I want to write anything its not allowing me . Its completely hangs. After 2-3 mins its come in normal state..

Looks like it is hanging  on the login.  You are running a full desktop?  Maybe it is trying to map something or run something that isn't available.  If your citrix/TS Admin can see the event viewer on the server for your session they should be able to figure out what is causing the issue.  The easiest solution for them may be to delete your profile if you do not have any files saved, but that depends on what programs you use inside the session, settings, files saved, etc.

I will tell you the exact step here...

1> I open Webinterface of citrix applicaiton.
2> I login in citrix interface with myuser id and password.
3> After that I can see those applicaiton which I have access... (Here let say "RDP")
4> I click on RDP and thne it goes normal authentication and login script process. and RDP is opened.
5> Now that "RDP " will be hanged for 2 mins... (At the same time I checked the task manager and found "wfica32" applicaiton is hanged"
6> After 2 mins,"RDP" will be normal condition (Also I can see that "wfica31" is runnning)
7> Next time (with same logon), if I again click on "RDP" , this will not hang. If I again click on any new application ,it wil hang again

I have checked with my same login with other computer, it was not happening... It was fine.

What I did now. I have created new local account in my computer and checked the same thing, the problem disappears ( work around)......
Note:- Both the accounts have administrative privilage.....
