I have a brand new set of kit, IP500 with a PHONE2card and BRI8 card with an external digital station expansion model. Ive connected it up, upgraded the software on it and reset it. Main problem is that I cant seethe expansion unit and I can only see 4 of the 8 lines?

What have I missed?

More info, Im using the admin software version 4.1 and also on the 500.

When I go into system manager it states "external modules disabled - unlicensed" ... this seems worrying surely I dont need a license to install an expansion module?
