I think I need to run some kind of printer dianostice tests from the Printer's hardware control panel. &nbsp;But I'm not sure how to use it. &nbsp; Further more, if I press the test button on the Jet Direct, I get the same behavior. &nbsp;So jobs from Windows, Apple, and the Jet Direct all produce the same symptoms.

Pinter won't print any longer. &nbsp;Jobs go to old Jet Direct, then the 4100's status panel says Processing Job, then Data Received, then no job. &nbsp;Data light remains illuminated. &nbsp;If Go button is pressed a page comes out with one or two lines of jiberesh.
