Reinstalling Destinations.MSI

After running REGCURE, I am getting the error "cannot find destinations.msi, please insert installation disk" whenever I start my PC which runs Vista. How do I reinstall destinations.msi?

Hi Tobias65, do you happen to have HP All In One drivers / software installed?  You can find destinations.msi on there.

The solution offered was not sufficient.  There was no explanation of "HP Add drivers"
