Import from Crystal Report to Excel (Hierarchical data to seperate columns in the Excel sheet)

I have developed a windows based application in ASP.net 2.0. I would like to import the data that i can see in the Crystal report to Excel. My problem is, i have hierarchical data in the crystal report.
Now if i import the hierarchical data from crystall report to excel (Microsoft Excel Data Only format), then its does not comes in the seperate columns as its hierarchical.
Just for example: I have Customer Basic Details ( First Name, Last Name)
Customer Card Details ( Card No, Card Type) (There can be one or more cards for customer - so there will be 3-4 records for the same customer)
Case Details ( Case Id, Action Id, Action Type, Case Category etc) Here Alos one customer has n records.
Note: Also the stored procedure written in oracle, here i have used cusors for fetching the hierarchial data, as the data is coming from different tables.
