How can i create a website on a LDAP connection where users across the domain can login and and update their GAL information? I don't want to use any external tools. all help is much appreciated.

Go to www.directory-update.com and purchase their product. It's a few hundred dollars for a fully-vetted product, which is less than you'll spend on man-hours developing your own.

Thank you. This is what we have decided to implement now. I was actually referring to GALMOD but that is not supported by Microsoft anymore.
