Is the router your DHCP server? If so the router has likely lost all DHCP logs. Try rebooting a few PC's to get a new IP and wait 20 minutes and then see if you can browse.

Can you ping other computers by IP to verify there is still a physical connection?

It is also possible the router defaulted back to it's original configuration which might be on a different subnet than your network has been configured for.
