How to import Windows Outlook 2003 PST into Mail or Entourage in Mac OS X

I have a PST file from Outlook 2003 that I want to import into Entourage 2008. I don't have access to a PC.

Hello Funktastic,

Entourage cannot import directly from PST file.  Here is a workaround using Oultook Express, but requires use of a PC

You can use Outlook2Mac, but it still requires a PC.  Can you borrow a friend's PC?
