How to block with ISA 2006  yahoo chat integrated in Yahoo Mail without totally blocking the Yahoo Mail?

You could try to block the HTTP headers for the yahoo message service.

There is also a link there on how to apply the filter aswell.

Does the integrated messenger service require any licks to be clicked that result in a specific sub domain being accessed? If so you could also block that url from being accessed.
