Just so i know i understand correctly, the user is deleting mail on their blackberry and wanting it to also delete from their inbox on the computer, correct?

There is a setting on the policy (or on the blackberry client) for synchronization.  The behavior your describing is the default.

On the server, in the user PIM Sync > Message Settings > Synchronization type > Bidirectional
Make sure to set the conflict setting as well

Then double check that on the client.  Inside mail in settings I believe.

The server is set to Bi- directional. I am just waiting to hear back from some of the users to check the phones are set to the same. Thanks I will keep you updated
