I have a BES server 4.1.5 running on a server 2003 DC. Mail and calendar items are sent fine. It is when a user deletes mail from there inbox it doesnt show in there inbox. This is the the same for calendar items. Does any one have any ideas how to fix this ?

There is a setting on the policy (or on the blackberry client) for synchronization.  The behavior your describing is the default.

On the server, in the user PIM Sync > Message Settings > Synchronization type > Bidirectional
Make sure to set the conflict setting as well

Then double check that on the client.  Inside mail in settings I believe.

The server is set to Bi- directional. I am just waiting to hear back from some of the users to check the phones are set to the same. Thanks I will keep you updated
