Everytime we send an email message to anyone with an Embarqmail.com address, we get the message

Reasons for rejection may be related to content with spam-like characteristics or IP/domain reputation problems. I have contacted Embarqmail to see if there was anything they could do, but they cannot help. Any suggestion?
