Hello experts,
I had to install a database script on a Postgres 7.3 server, but I get an error when installing stored procedures.
The error stated that the language plpgsql was not supported.
I tried to create it, using:

CREATE TRUSTED PROCEDURAL LANGUAGE plpgsql
   HANDLER "plpgsql_call_handler"
   VALIDATOR "pg_catalog"."plpgsql_validator";

but I get an error saying the function plpgsql_call_handler wasn't found.
Does anybody knows how can I install it?
