Roaming profil problems...printer access, outlook and shared templates.

I have an department at my work that have roaming profiles. After we changed our DC our Roaming profiles are in a big mess.
Here is the current problems.
1. Users are not allowed to add printers with the following error message " You dont have ...."
2. Cannot put the path to our shared templates through word Options (Office 2007).
3. Cannot start Outlook. Error message " Outlook cannot start".

Users folders is in the root of D: on the server and every user have full rights on their folder.
Could it be some access rights problems or are some old registry settings mixing it up?

Have you tried to reset roaming profile for few users in order to see if you get rid of this issue?
How to reset a roaming profile:
--USER MUST BE LOGGED OFF ALL SERVERS
--Delete the contents Central Store
--ALL Cached Profiles MUST be Deleted  
       +++Ways to Ensure CACHED Profiles are Deleted
                       -->GPO (Delete Cached Profile at Logoff)
                       -->UPHCLEAN for HUNG PROFILES (User Profile Hive = UPH)
IF problems on a server  THEN Check the version of UPHCLEAN
           ++++1.6.30 works
            ++++1.5x  RPC issues (existing users ok, new cannot logon)


Be aware that resetting a Roaming Profile ----> All Settings are Lost

Hi and thank you for the answer.

i deleted the roaming profiles since it gave me a lot of extra work and changed to Home folders.
