Are any of you having issues with your XenApp 4.5 server randomly rebooting?

We recently upgraded complete an upgrade to XenApp4.5, and are having issues that were not happening during our testing phase.  Our servers are constantly rebooting to the bsod, and I checked the event logs and receive the following bug check.  

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck.  The bugcheck was: 0x000000c2 (0x00000007, 0x0000121a, 0x00a40014, 0xbc2be398). A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\Mini102908-01.dmp.

I also see a bunch of these WDICA error that I listed below.

All the minidumps we analzed and we found that the below (vdtw30.dll) file is causing the issue. Citrix support recommends that we install rollup pack 3, but that has not been tested in our environment.  I just wanted to see if anyone else out there has come across this problem, and been able to resolve it.  Please let me know when you get a chance.

I support close to 100 Citrix farms across the world running XenApp 4.5 FR1.  I do not recommend installing HRP3 yet as it is too new.  Do you have HRP2 installed?

What XenApp options and components are installed on this server?
What is the OS you are running?
Is the OS fully patched as of last weeks out-of-band update?
How much RAM is installed?

We have XenApp 4.5 Platinum edition. We have presenation console, access management console,load manager,resource manager, and network monitor.  We are using windows 2003 sp2 and we have 4GB of RAM on our servers.  
I do have HRP2 installed on my servers, and did not have this issue in our test environment.  Please let me know if you have any further questions.  Citrix support have not been able to help with this issue that much.

I have been in training all day with the Citrix Global Escalation support leaders.  You need to request, or demand, escalation.

I would gather a complete memory dump for the escalation team.

Citrx support won't do anything until we upgrade all of our servers to pse45w2k3048.  this is a limited post rollup pack 2 release. It is suppose to update the vdtw30.dll.  I hope it works...

we installed pse45w2k33048 and that resolved our issue.
