How to add colored category buttons to quick access toolbar in Outlook 2007

When composing an email, I'd like to be able to click a colored button on the quick access toolbar so that the message is assigned to a category. Can this be done? Is there a third party tool that can do this? Appreciate some suggestions. Thanks in advance.
